First time coming to this location and was not impressed, everyone working looked miserable and was so unfriendly. Alexis did a fine job cutting but didn’t say a word to me or my child. The way she responded to my child was not appropriate, wouldn’t recommend coming to her again.

Just overall an unappealing experience. This is our second time coming here, this first time was with my son and i showed a photo and was specific that I wanted to keep it longer on top, and the gave him the same short length all over, almost like a long buzz. I decided to try again with my daughter today hoping it was just a one off experience last time, but again I wasn’t happy. The atmosphere of the place just seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. The girl cutting my daughters hair barely said a word and seemed like she hated every second of her life. I was afraid to even ask for her to change anything about the way she cut my daughter’s hair because the girl seemed so disinterested in even the first attempt. I could’ve done the cut she gave my daughter and I paid $20 plus a socially necessary $4 tip that I didn’t even want to give. At the end she asked my daughter, do you want a braid or something? And my daughter just said no because she she later said, “I felt like she didn’t really want to do it, so I said no.” Not an experience I’m happy about paying for. Not coming back here again.

The store was absolute chaos, even though it is by appointment only. The staff was so rude and unfriendly and so unconcerned about the current mask order it was shocking. Several employees were unmasked for the 45 min we were in the store. The stylists cutting my son's hair asked for a picture of what we were looking for, and didn't actually know where to start. The stylist was so rude to my son, who has sensory disorder issues, which I added to the appointment notes and informed her of upon arrival. Not only did she ignore the SD issues she was rude to my son about she made him feel ashamed about it. The stylist got frustrated and gave up on cutting my sons hair. As a result we paid for an incomplete haircut. The store "Manager" was a 24 year old male who was dismissive of my concerns and completely unprofessional in his communication with me and staff members. I will never go back to this location.

Waited over 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment only to pay $20 for a “hair cut” and my child’s hair looks the same. After waiting for over 15 minutes, people that came in way later then me where getting seated before my child. We were late to her gymnastics appointment so at the point the hair cute was done we had to just leave even though we paid $20 for a bad experience, waste of our time and hardly a hair cut.

When I got there on Tuesday morning I had my other son Myles there and he got on the motorcycle, and another lady came and just took him off rudely and said wait your turn. There was none else there yet his one and was just sitting on it! I don’t know why she even touched my kid or spoke to him like that. I did not feel welcomed felt like me and my sons were an inconvenience to you girls. You guys are not happy and cheerful I did not feel at ease I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I will never return again.
