We’ve been coming to cookie cutters for years, even though prices have gone up and it’s hard to pay $20 for a 5 minute easy haircut… The stylists are good with the kids and kind. Today I was really taken aback when I saw a stylist with a tattoo of a swear word visible on her upper arm. Please have a dress code for your employees to cover up offensive language or disturbing images- especially around children learning to read. She could have worn a slightly longer sleeved shirt to easily cover it up. I didn’t observe the rest of the tattoos for other things, but if I see that again we will stop coming to your salon. 😣

We love Cookie Cutters and have been going for years! I don’t know if the stylist was newer or what happened, but he has a little bald spot that was shaved completely off.

I had received a coupon by email but only remembered moments after I had already swiped my credit card. The girl didn’t even act apologetic. These coupons need to be part of our profile, something you keep track of. The bulk of your customers are busy moms with little kids.

Overall friendly staff. Play equipment didn't seem very clean and I noticed cobwebs along the equipment that was close to the wall or floor. Had to wait awhile despite having a scheduled appointment. My kid had a good time and the stylist did a good job.

I brought my twins in today and Walkers appointment was great. The lady who cut Tuckers hair I thought was extremely unfriendly and not very nice. I felt like she was rough on my little 3 year old. He sat perfectly still and she acted like she could care less that she was there. My biggest concern was her being so rough and unfriendly. Definitely wouldn’t book with her again.
