Tyson's haircut was great and his stylist did a great job!!! Travis' hair stylist was very friendly but his haircut is terrible. She cut it too short in some spots and the only way to fix those is either give him a buzz cut which I can't do cause I have family pictures or wait for it to grow out. You can see where she used the clippers and some spots are shorter or looks like an accidental knick with the cutters. I will not allow his hair stylist to ever cut one of the children's hair again! This is the worst haircut ever!

I had to move my appointments to a day earlier a few weeks ago. The man that moved it only moved one child (after confirming that he got all 3). Luckily Alexis came in for the rescue and some how pulled it off even though there was no room on the schedule. She always does a great job with my kids and I prefer her over anyone. The store is always super grimy. It needs a facelift, it’s giving 1990s McDonald’s vibes. The bathroom is my least favorite because they don’t have towels and I won’t touch a hand dryer because it just spreads more germs.

I set up my appointment over the website and time I chose and was sent a e-mail confirming wasn't what they had in their computer. They did handle it well though. The lady who cut my sons hair didn't look at the photo I showed her and told me that she is used to cutting the same style and didn't look at the photo.

I made an appointment but still had to wait over 20 minutes. Other people came in after me , but they were called before me.

Joni (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but that is who the appt was with) was very rough and moved his head abruptly. If she had explained things to him or spoke to him at all he would have likely not been weary.

I loved our stylist Sarah G. She was friendly and did a great job! I would recommend you consider the noise level in your salon and the over stimulation for not just for the kids--I was frankly a little startled by so much noise. They were blowing up ballons--super loud machine (perhaps do that before the customers come, as you have a stand for them and it only take a minute), hair dryers blowing hair off of hairs (consider using a hand broom and then blowing it off or better--wipe it down if needed), several TVs on very loud (consider asking parents to bring a tablet/phone) and ALL the kids are crying (perhaps give out suckers at the begining of a haircut vs at the end). I know kids are not going to like getting thier hair cut, but wow, it was soooo overly loud!
