I had an appointment and even arrived early. People continued to come after us and get called before us, we were waiting for 50 minutes. I had to go up twice to let them know that we needed to go.

Thankfully, my little boy doesn't pay attention to who is cutting his hair. He was a good boy and sat still and his haircut was quick. Unfortunately, the girl who cut his hair, Alexis, was obviously in a bad mood. She acted and looked like she was annoyed that she had to be at work. I know that everyone has their bad days, but she was just incredibly unpleasant to even talk to. She asked me how I wanted my son's hair cut and then did what I had asked, which I was thankful. But she just had a sour look on her face the entire time we were there. I even watched her with her next appointment after ours. She acted and looked the same, so I know it wasn't just me. It would've been a better experience if she would try to smile and/or look like she enjoyed her job. I will request not to be with her in the future.

I took my two year old non verbal son to the lehi Utah location his haircut was good and his stylist was nice however her coworkers where not… my son is scared of the hair clippers so he cries when he gets a hair cut as I’m sure most or some kids do. As my sons stylist was cutting his hair I was holding his arms so he would mess her up I looked up and saw two of her coworkers whispering and rolling their eyes at my son. When we got done with his haircut her coworkers checked us out and where ride the entire time. They basically wouldn’t even talk to me. If I would’ve known that my son and I would be treated this way I would have never of gone here to get his haircut plus on top of that buy $18 dollars with of hair product. I am so disgusted we will never be customers again.

Getting more expensive but cut quality is not any better... luckily it will grow out but the cut is not great.

The haircut was fine but the stylist was curt and unfriendly and ignored my child when he said thank you. I felt as though she was upset at us. We were on time and friendly and she made us feel like a burden.
