My son loves going to Cookie Cutters. The stylists are very patient with little kids and that makes a huge difference. They always do their best to fit us in, even when it's last minute. My only complaint is the pricing. I think it is a little expensive for a boys' cut.

This was our first visit, and I would have liked a bit better communication from the time we walked in until we were taken back. I believe our stylist was finishing up with someone else, but that wasn't communicated so we didn't really know what was going on.

Weston did a great job cutting my little boy's hair. He's 2 and very wiggly. I was afraid with how much my boy moved his head that the haircut would turn out bad, but it turned out terrific!

I was highly satisfied with the service that was provided for my son, this was one the best haircuts he has gotten. I would consider booking the same stylist again.

The facility felt a little dated/"used" but that is to be expected if serving a child clientele (kids are messy)! The staff were amazing. They did their job well but were also very conversational/personable and had great customer service. My wife used to cut my hair and my son's hair and while the cookie cutter cuts were good, I didn't leave feeling like they were significantly better than the cuts provided (for free) by my wife. All that said, our experience was very positive and I would give the staff 10 stars!
