We've come to this salon probably 5-6 times and this last experience was probably the best so far. It is a little more pricey than other salons and doesn't include a wash. They will braid girls' hair as part of the price if you would like. Wes does and AMAZING job with designs (add'l $5). But he is hard to get into unless you book way in advance. We have also had a couple times where they had to reschedule our advanced booking with him because he was actually off during that time. It seems communication is a little off or something. They also have a sign stating that if you book your next appointment today you will receive $2 off your next appointment. But they have never honored it for us. I'm sure they would if I brought it up but it seems trivial over $2. They should make a note in their appointment book stating the appointment has a $2 discount or something. Overall I don't hate the place and we will continue to come. They just need to work out a few kinks.
