This afternoon was our second time. The cut is always great. The gal at the front desk seemed exhausted, no smile or anything, so our interaction was brief. Quite a bit of hair is starting to collect where the playground meets the front wall which was unsightly. These are just minor things though, the cut was awesome the barber was super friendly to my boy. Thanks as always!

Both hairstylists did an excellent job cutting both of my children's hair. The video game system on the wall was not working:( The staff seamed tired and rushed. Usually the hairstylist asks the child what they want to watch or if they want to play a game. They didn't really interact with the children like they have in the past.

We love cookie cutters. The stylist was a bit timid, not super confident, but she did a fine job with the hair cut.

Great experience for my childs first haircut. The stylist was patient and did a good job even though my son was moving all over the place.

Would like to have had the person I called and made my appointment with. Got someone different and not that she did a bad job, just awkward when the person who I made the appointment with and has been cutting my childrens hair walked in and someone else was doing the haircut.

We have loved Cookie Cutters and have been clients for several years. Westin does a great job with our family. Lately, however, we've had to wait 20-30 minutes for our appts. I understand that sometimes, life happens and wait times are necessary. It has been fairly consistent that we've had to wait and we are now in a stage of life where we are usually rushing from one thing to the next and when we are 30 minutes late at one place, we are 30 minutes late for our next appt. Other than that, we've been very happy with the service we receive and the great haircuts we get:)
