Don’t recommend going in the evening, they barely spoke to us and didn’t offer my kids the usual balloon and goodies. My kids asked for balloons multiple times and we just got stared at so we left.

My 5 year old had a few inches cut off. I was busy with my 2 year old so I didn’t see how uneven my other kids hair was. When her hair is down it looks very uneven. I can’t help but feel disappointed on how her hair cut ended up looking. She has been here before and we didn’t have this issue. I feel the prices are high and to end up with uneven hair was very disappointing to me. The staff is great especially with my youngest. I don’t understand how her hair could end up looking like this. As I mentioned before it looks so uneven down with several hairs still much longer compared to the rest.

I was not pleased with our stylist Carolina. When my kiddo started getting restless I went to try and comfort him. She then proceeded to tell me to not do that because it often just makes things worse when I call attention to his discomfort. That annoyed me but I went along with it. Then his mood escalated and he became very upset. He usually isn’t like that when he gets haircuts. He screamed for the rest of the visit. The receptionist is so nice and helpful and brought him a sucker and a toy to help. I wasn’t sure what to do to comfort him because I was afraid of being reprimanded and told that what I was doing wasn’t helpful. This was his first time with Carolina. She did a great job on his haircut but I didn’t appreciate how it was affecting my kid. I love cookie cutters and now know to not book with her again.

The lady at the front desk was very rude when we first came in. Thankfully the woman actually cutting my sons hair was very sweet and patient or I would have left.

My girl has Down syndrome and I had asked before we got there if they had experience with kids with Ds. And they said they will work with her. The hair dresser did okay but I felt like she was just trying to hurry. I think if we took our time my girl would have calmed down and they could have gotten a better but. One side is longer than the other. I even said something while we were there and she took a little off but really did not look hard. I just feel like if there was more time our experience would have been better. We were in and out in 15 mins.

None of the employees seemed to know how to run the computers. It took longer to wait in line to pay than both my kids haircuts. The cuts were okay, but I think over priced by at least 2-3$$ the gal cutting their hair left to tend to the computer mix ups at least 4 times.
