Your website for setting appointments has twice now scheduled me on a date a week later than the one I thought I had selected. Luckily Brittany and Bryan were helpful in accommodating me yesterday, but it seems as if once is too often, twice is bordering on why bother using the system. It seems like companies today are making it easier to interact with them by upgrading their apps and websites all the time, whereas it seems the system you use has flaws that have not been addressed in the many years I have been coming to your salon. Just my two cents (which you asked for) but if I owned your business, this would be the first issue I would fix, as it is your first impression to new customers who will just go somewhere else if their experience on your site is difficult to navigate. It is also a potentially negative experience for your customers, and many of them would leave without telling you why, just voting with their dollars and using a competitor that cares about its customers online experience. I am not planning on leaving, but I thought you should know how annoying it is. Can you possibly get an app that is easier to use and that utilizes the biometric login feature of my phone? Thanks for listening. Mike Robino
