Don't say you can do beards when clearly you can not. I should have went with my gut and left but they said the "master cutter" person will come help. That was a joke. It was clearly the first time for both! She trained the gal on m. The master cutter did one side and the gal that asked for help did the other side. You should know how that turned out. I have tried to fix the lop-sidedness and its been weeks. They also cut off my amazing mustache on one side, yes one side. I just got done saying I love to use mustache wax and to give them definition, but clearly taking the buzzer to it was how they registered that. Not sure they realize how long it takes to train mustache hair to lay down & curl right, let alone how long it takes to get length. While growing out a mustache there is a horrible period of time that it grows down into your lips/mouth and into your nose. I did say if you are not comfortable with working on my beard, that's fine I can go somewhere else.... but she assured me that the "master cutter" would teach her. I can't believe I paid for this and it also being a trial run. I have not even talked about the hair cut! I told her what I wanted and she said are you sure 4 times (yes I know my length) and buzzed a bit and said "this is how low you want?" - yes, but what if I said no, you buzzed it already? I got home and there were tiny long hairs poking out everywhere. Also the sides looked like I got a bowl cut and not blended well into the top. I don't really care about my hair on my head as much as my beard, my head hair grows fast. I just couldn't believe I paid $55.00 for that experience. And what is the point of the hot smelly towel laid on my face for 45 seconds? I wasn't going to say anything, but I still can't believe what I sat through. I am too nice is what I learned and need to stand up for myself when I get that gut feeling that this is not going to go well. I will not be back.
