I just moved to Omaha and this was my first time to this salon. I made my appointment online for 11:00 and showed up at 10:55. They didn't call me back until 11:30. No one came to give me an update or me an update or apologize for the wait. I finally asked the gal at the front desk who said they were running behind and she would ask another stylist to take me. Very disappointing since I made my appointment at 11:00 for a reason and no one offered a discount, explanation or anything. Not sure I will return.

Extremely Happy with the care taken with covid-19. Following the rules perfectly. Morgan was my stylist and did an absolute perfect job. It’s not easy making this look good. I will be going back to Morgan when it’s time for my next signature haircut.

Sam did a wonderful job! They were super kind and welcoming and asked me questions to make sure I looked exactly how I wanted! Gave a great haircut and eyebrow wax that was much needed after quarantine!

Understandably, the experience is not the same as was pre-covid. The cut i got was a substitute for the stylist i requested and had another master stylist cut my hair. I do not believe the cut I got was the Master quality I have gotten from others at MS. Not a complaint but an observation that everyone seemed to be getting boot camp cuts, which if I wanted I would see a barber. But, I'm glad i could be seen and appreciate the effort, which is why i still tipped 10 bucks on top of the 40 price tag.

Loved that the stylist never yanked or pulled my hair. It was gentle and professional. Really took his time with me.
