I was charged double three trips ago, which is fine, honest mistake. The manager promptly called me and told me there would be a credit on my account and that the next time I came in, it would be "free" as I already paid for it. Really not a big deal as I would be coming back. Two trips ago, I schedule a haircut, scalp cleanse, and facial. However, I didn't receive the haircut as the new computer system failed to book the haircut. I was a little upset as I had wasted my time but I understand technology doesn't always work as it should. The manager then decided to give me a discount on the 2 services I received. On this last visit, I booked just a haircut. As usual, Brian was friendly and make it an excellent experience. I go to pay and tip, and was charged the full amount. I mentioned to the receptionist that it should be free as I had overpaid previously and was told it would be credited. She told me that because I was given a discount for the scalp cleanse and facial, it wasn't free. She then gave me something like $10 off. To say I am very disappointed would be an understatement. I will book one more appointment with Brian and then take my business elsewhere. It's very shady and wrong to do that to a loyal customer.

Morgan is my hair stylist. She does a fabulous job. The amenities and employees at The Men's Salons are upscale and professional.

The girl who cut my hair was very nice and professional however had I known she was barley out hair school I would have asked for a different stylist. My fade is ok but she completely f**ked up my hair cut. Probably the worst hair cut I’ve had since I was in college (I’m 44 yrs old) and I won’t be back again as I go to you guys when my normal stylist is out of town. I feel I’ve been cheated out of $40

My boyfriend came to the salon to freshen up a fade. Not only was his natural hair line shaved into, the fade was harsh and not blended. He ended up leaving the salon with a buzz cut because he was so uncomfortable with the work that had been done.
