The environment was clean and it was a nice place. However, my haircut is probably the worst one I’ve ever received. Looks nothing like the pictures I showed.

I wouldn’t ever return. The staff and the environment were sloppy. Not sure how these guys are still open. The lakeside location is great but this one is not.

My boyfriend came to the salon to freshen up a fade. Not only was his natural hair line shaved into, the fade was harsh and not blended. He ended up leaving the salon with a buzz cut because he was so uncomfortable with the work that had been done.

The first visit was amazing so I decided to come back and that was a mistake. I had the same girl as before but I don't believe that as she didn't remember the cut or anything. She didn't cut the bottom part of my hair short enough and chopped the top to short.

I looked up a salon near me because my boyfriend wanted a haircut and the closest one was the men’s salon. I went online and found the time that was open soonest and got booked. Keep in mind he knew he wanted a short mullet but had no idea how to explain what he wanted (small town guy) and wanted me to explain it. The girl that was cutting his hair wouldn’t even look at me and didn’t even say hi to me. She acted like I was invisible and she would ask him what he wanted and he would ask me and she said “but what do you want”. I wasn’t trying to criticize her service or invade by standing there, he wanted me to explain the haircut but she was just very rude about it honestly. I don’t know if women aren’t supposed to be in the men’s salon but I definitely did not feel welcome what so ever. Probably would never recommend to anyone and won’t be there again, great haircut but the price is extremely high. Price is too high for rude staff.
