I was given a men's haircut and when I got home one side of my head was not blended. My schedule made it difficult to go back to Omaha to get my hair fixed. My schedule also is making it difficult to go anywhere to get fixed. Kind of embarrassing to walk around with a incomplete hair cut. I had a good experience, but didn't notice this until I got home which was too late since I live outside of Lincoln and my work schedule isn't allowing my back in Omaha until later this week or next.

Beard lopsided, mustache trimmed unevenly,price seemed about $20 too high for the amateur service i received. Also,your senior stylist has been cutting hair for only 2 years? I didn't make a big deal about the price because even though my question about it before booking the appointment wasn't answered, i still booked the appointment. And it isn't the stylist's or receptionist's fault that the price is so high. Places with parking lots dont even charge that. I went in there trusting a stylist to do his job. He kept asking if it looked ok, well i have 20/80 vision in one eye and 20/100 in the other so of course it did. Went i got home i was pretty disappointed. He barely touched my beard, i really can't even believe he charged me for that.like i said, lesson learned.

I got a very poor haircut. There are ledges and lines and isn’t blended in. it is cut so that I have cowlicks and hair sticking up where I never did before. I will probably just go back to Sport Clips.

I was charged double three trips ago, which is fine, honest mistake. The manager promptly called me and told me there would be a credit on my account and that the next time I came in, it would be "free" as I already paid for it. Really not a big deal as I would be coming back. Two trips ago, I schedule a haircut, scalp cleanse, and facial. However, I didn't receive the haircut as the new computer system failed to book the haircut. I was a little upset as I had wasted my time but I understand technology doesn't always work as it should. The manager then decided to give me a discount on the 2 services I received. On this last visit, I booked just a haircut. As usual, Brian was friendly and make it an excellent experience. I go to pay and tip, and was charged the full amount. I mentioned to the receptionist that it should be free as I had overpaid previously and was told it would be credited. She told me that because I was given a discount for the scalp cleanse and facial, it wasn't free. She then gave me something like $10 off. To say I am very disappointed would be an understatement. I will book one more appointment with Brian and then take my business elsewhere. It's very shady and wrong to do that to a loyal customer.

The shave was not up to par. Service was wonderful, but unfortunately not worth the cost.

Too expensive for what I got which was a simple haircut, not exactly what I asked for. Was expecting some advice or recommendation from the stylist.
