I was given a men's haircut and when I got home one side of my head was not blended. My schedule made it difficult to go back to Omaha to get my hair fixed. My schedule also is making it difficult to go anywhere to get fixed. Kind of embarrassing to walk around with a incomplete hair cut. I had a good experience, but didn't notice this until I got home which was too late since I live outside of Lincoln and my work schedule isn't allowing my back in Omaha until later this week or next.

I’ve been a customer for several years and can’t imagine going elsewhere. Priscila is amazing and the staff is always kind and helpful.

Beard lopsided, mustache trimmed unevenly,price seemed about $20 too high for the amateur service i received. Also,your senior stylist has been cutting hair for only 2 years? I didn't make a big deal about the price because even though my question about it before booking the appointment wasn't answered, i still booked the appointment. And it isn't the stylist's or receptionist's fault that the price is so high. Places with parking lots dont even charge that. I went in there trusting a stylist to do his job. He kept asking if it looked ok, well i have 20/80 vision in one eye and 20/100 in the other so of course it did. Went i got home i was pretty disappointed. He barely touched my beard, i really can't even believe he charged me for that.like i said, lesson learned.

The overall experience I had with The Mens Salon was mixed. Everyone was professional and polite, but I did opt for the lower experience tier of hair stylist and that is where my issue lies. This is my fault for trying to save a few dollars, but I did pay for a hair cut and beard trim. My beard is uneven in every corner and curve and more was taken off than I requested. Coming home I noticed this and corrected it as best as I can, but the old adage is true, you get what you pay for. If I decide to come back, I'll be looking for someone more experienced.

Sam did a great job and was very kind! My one thing, I wish she gave me a hand mirror to see the finished product closer. Instead Sam had me look at the mirror in front of me. I got in my car and noticed she missed a spot (not too big of a deal, I know the way I look more than anyone else, and it just caught my eye and made my left brow look a little weird). I was able to fix it once I got home, but I know if I had a hand mirror we could have fixed it there, which would have made me a little more comfortable. Besides that everything else was perfect, I've had a couple different people do my eyebrows here and I always come back because of the amazing work and kind customer service I receive.
