The Scalp treatment was great. It was worth the money. The haircut was not worth the money. I asked for a transition haircut so I can begin to transition my hair towards a French Crop. The stylist did not know what a French Crop was. I showed pictures, but the stylist did not ask to see the pictures in detail; the stylist only briefly looked at the pictures. The stylist proceeded to give a haircut that was not even close to the intended transition, I will have to book a different hair salon/barbershop so that the mistake can be fixed. I would return and recommend the non-haircut services to friends and family. However, I will be telling them to stay away from haircuts at this establishment.

It would be better experience if they maybe directly suggest something to a customer, on what you can do to keep your hair healthy, strong, and all of the above etc.

Staff are great and my stylist was awesome. Love the location too, I just think the prices are a little high. I'll continue to return once or twice a year when I'm in a pinch, but if you had a better loyalty program... like 10 cuts for $250 or $300 for an annual membership (one cut a month) then you'd have my full business. However, my cut is super easy and I don't think it should cost $45. Just my opinion.

The price for a senior cut is to expensive. Most seniors are on a fixed income. I most likely will not be returning again because of that. Everything else is great about the facility and the service.

I get a buzz cut and beard trim. The cut was good overall. I was asked if I wanted touch ups and my request was received well. Last minute touch ups on my neck however left very red scratch marks. I understand the neck is a sensitive area and I rarely shave myself.

Your salon seems to always have something broken or slow-to-drain sinks. You need to keep your Aksarben location as nice as the Legacy location.
