The price for a senior cut is to expensive. Most seniors are on a fixed income. I most likely will not be returning again because of that. Everything else is great about the facility and the service.

I get a buzz cut and beard trim. The cut was good overall. I was asked if I wanted touch ups and my request was received well. Last minute touch ups on my neck however left very red scratch marks. I understand the neck is a sensitive area and I rarely shave myself.

Your salon seems to always have something broken or slow-to-drain sinks. You need to keep your Aksarben location as nice as the Legacy location.

My haircut was not what I asked for the back was cut down way more than asked I asked does a tapor got I cut to skin level and beard was uneven and patchy

The day prior to my experience, I made an appointment online to see a particular stylist. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told my stylist was busy and I would have to see someone else. While I waited, my stylist finished and walked the her other client out but I still saw a different stylist from the one I made an appointment with. At the conclusion of my hair cut, the stylist I made an online appointment with finished and walked out a second client. At no time did the stylist I made an online appointment with say anything to me. While the hair cut and style was adequate, the service was more in line with the local barber who charges 1/4 of what Men's Salon does.
