Hi, I'm Sarah, I scheduled the appointment fir my partner as a surprise for his birthday. It was a 45 minute men's facial, no beard treatment. The facial lasted 28 minutes and when I mentioned that ,the staff just laughed. I had already paid and left a 10 dollar tip and was so excited..then dissatisfied. We just left. My partner said we can just go somewhere else next time.

I wanted to keep my hair long on top and she did not listen. My hair is short all around. 0/10

The person doing my haircut did not give me what I asked for and it wasn’t until I got home that she didn’t even cut the front of my hair in a straight line. I went to the lakeside location for several years but recently moved and decided to try out the aksarben location. Sadly I will not be returning and will find a new company to get haircuts from. I’m not saying this out of anger, but just my options on my service.

I looked up a salon near me because my boyfriend wanted a haircut and the closest one was the men’s salon. I went online and found the time that was open soonest and got booked. Keep in mind he knew he wanted a short mullet but had no idea how to explain what he wanted (small town guy) and wanted me to explain it. The girl that was cutting his hair wouldn’t even look at me and didn’t even say hi to me. She acted like I was invisible and she would ask him what he wanted and he would ask me and she said “but what do you want”. I wasn’t trying to criticize her service or invade by standing there, he wanted me to explain the haircut but she was just very rude about it honestly. I don’t know if women aren’t supposed to be in the men’s salon but I definitely did not feel welcome what so ever. Probably would never recommend to anyone and won’t be there again, great haircut but the price is extremely high. Price is too high for rude staff.
