The environment was clean and it was a nice place. However, my haircut is probably the worst one I’ve ever received. Looks nothing like the pictures I showed.

I was give a random stylist even though I had an appointment with crystal. Halfway through the cut crystal walked by with another customer. The stylist I got was inexperienced and now I have to wait a few months to get a decent looking hair cut.

totally worthless either the waxing wasn't done properly nor the classic shave wax done properly . Classic shave isnt 5 o'clock shadow . for waxing i still have hair

Called in to schedule an appointment but was told there were no appointments and online there were 2 slots open, should have taken this as a red flag and stayed away but went it anyway for a hair cut, the stylist was friendly and professional. After the cut was done the receptionist almost charged me the entire amount even though I had told that I was a new customer and they had a special for new customers. Went out and sat in my car just to realize that a part of my hair was way longer so went back in just to get a big sigh from the receptionist who told that they were closed even though it was just 7:08 pm and they close at 7:30 pm. Very disappointed with the service and I will never be going back.

I asked for a side trim and had around three inches cut from the top of my head, essentially giving me a buzz cut all over with a wave in front. I explained that I like to keep the top long and wouldn’t have expected it to be touched, except to fade in with the shortened sides. We discussed this after the shampoo and still the top was cut down to just longer than the sides.

Was not a fan of my haircut hear today, when scheduling my appointment I had picked random stylist and that was my big mistake. I went to someone I never have gotten a haircut from before and she rushed my cut. I have longer hair and most time my cuts take about a half hour id say this one took 10 minutes. She was very unfriendly and didn’t really ask what I wanted to do with my hair I was shocked. Definitely won’t be going back to this salon as a whole because of this
