I was a little disappointed for the money. It kind of felt rushed and lazy. I really do not want this to be taken the wrong way because I’m not a person who goes out of my way to discredit a service. The shampoo took maybe 30 seconds but the last thing that kinda made me think different for me was the fact that there was no conditioner at all. Not sure if that’s normal or not though. I could be off a little but i had higher aspirations. I’d love to come back because of how close it is to me and from other people’s experiences but i just wanna know if this was normal!

The girl who cut my hair was very nice and professional however had I known she was barley out hair school I would have asked for a different stylist. My fade is ok but she completely f**ked up my hair cut. Probably the worst hair cut I’ve had since I was in college (I’m 44 yrs old) and I won’t be back again as I go to you guys when my normal stylist is out of town. I feel I’ve been cheated out of $40

The person who cut my hair was apparently new as she left a bunch of uncut hair all over my head, I now have to do stuff to hide it because you can see everything when your sides are buzzed down to zero and there’s so many little hairs sticking out. If she wasn’t new she needs to practice more on the details that she missed on my head.

Not a good haircut. I have patches of hair that is almost an inch longer than the rest of the hair around it. My neck hair is lopsided. I asked for a style, but what I got was the opposite. The actual cut lasted no more than :15 minutes. I purchased some Moroccan oil and together with the cut came to over $80. While I was there, I was so shocked at the way they were cutting my hair that I asked how long they had been working there...over three years...really? They were cutting my hair like they had never handled hair or scissors before, very delicately. Was looking to make the move from a barber shop to a stylist, but very disappointed.

Hi, I'm Sarah, I scheduled the appointment fir my partner as a surprise for his birthday. It was a 45 minute men's facial, no beard treatment. The facial lasted 28 minutes and when I mentioned that ,the staff just laughed. I had already paid and left a 10 dollar tip and was so excited..then dissatisfied. We just left. My partner said we can just go somewhere else next time.
