DON’T Trust them with you beard The female stylist does a OK job with the hear, but messed up the beard worse than how you walked in. Overpriced for what skill they got to offer. Just a regular Salon, with trimmer and no scissor skill. Please avoid if you need a good cut.

My usual stylist was out despite me scheduling an appointment online. My phone number had changed so staff could not reach me to notify me. However, I was never emailed. I have autism and change is hard. I went with the other stylist but she was not listening to me, didn’t wash my hair, cut it too short, and then when asked if I wanted product she put it in and told me to style it myself. I have been coming to this salon for a long time and tip very well and buy product and everything. I am very unhappy with my haircut and the service. You most likely lost a customer.

I just moved to Omaha and this was my first time to this salon. I made my appointment online for 11:00 and showed up at 10:55. They didn't call me back until 11:30. No one came to give me an update or me an update or apologize for the wait. I finally asked the gal at the front desk who said they were running behind and she would ask another stylist to take me. Very disappointing since I made my appointment at 11:00 for a reason and no one offered a discount, explanation or anything. Not sure I will return.

The person I had did a terrible job. I had to basically tell her the entire time what to do with my hair. She didn’t seem as if she paying attention at all. I told pretty specifically what I wanted at the beginning and she didn’t even come close. I wanted a faded hard part blended in on the sides and 3/8 on top. She used clippers on the top of my head and didn’t on the other side of the part. The fade wasn’t even close to a fade nor was it matching on other ended. There was no blending on the side or with my beard. The hard part in my hair doesn’t go all the way to the front of my head. It’s like she stop and I even asked her to fix it and it ended being crooked. I thought it was at the time but I was told it was just the lighting. I said that my hair didn’t look like it should and she said it was the lighting. I’m not the professional so I believed her and I was too nice about it. I’ve never had a haircut this bad. There is no way of fixing it and the only option seems to be just buzzing it all off and letting it grow back. It’s embarrassing and disappointing. Definitely not worth 35$ and I definitely feel I should receive my money back. It was a terrible experience and I’m shocked that at a men’s salon someone didn’t know how to do a men’s haircut.
