My son had a bad experience the last time he went there. He's sixteen, he's always had a buzz cut. In the last over a year he has been letting his hair grow. He has curly hair.they have been cutting his hair perfectly since the time we stated going there . Not this time. We had a barber we never had before. She didn't listen to him, cut way to short. He had school pictures the next day.I know it will grow back, but you need to listen. When someone says a little off the top. That's what they mean! Both my son's will continue to go to JJs. We just won't go to her again.
