Rory is always a pleasure to deal with. I called the South Lyon location cause the Novi location was fully booked. Glad I did since Rory answered. He has always been a great barber for my son and always had great conversations with him. My son has always said he wants to be a barber to talk to different people like Rory does. Would recommend him to anyone of my friends and family!!

I love this place! Highly recommend. Their online appointment booking is simple and makes it easy to schedule a hair cut. I’m always happy with my cut and the conversation and attention to detail makes me feel comfortable like I’m truly being taken cared of.

I like the concept of the "call ahead" website, making a visit more efficient than not knowing how many people might be ahead of me when just walking in. In the past it has worked pretty well.. For some reason today, when I looked at the wait time it looked like @50 minutes so I went ahead and checked into the queue. It came back and said 19 minutes (vs the 50+ I was expecting), so I called and he said to leave the checkin in place, and he would know I will be there within 25-30 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later the queue on the monitor showed I was 48 minutes estimated wait, so I am not sure what happened. I asked and was taken next (although I felt bad as there was one gentlemen waiting when I walked in. Bottom line is I like your business, I like the concept of the check-in and this might just have been a blip.
