The barbers are great the haircuts are great. The online waiting system makes me think I should go elsewhere. To get a haircut on Saturday means I have to sign in and wait about 2 and a half or 3 hours. In that wait the time to wait and my position in line changes.this turns into me watching the clock for hours. I thought the point of this was to get in line and just come at my time, not show up an hour early to be there in case others don't show so I don't get skipped or show up on time and wait an hour for who knows what for.

I like the concept of the "call ahead" website, making a visit more efficient than not knowing how many people might be ahead of me when just walking in. In the past it has worked pretty well.. For some reason today, when I looked at the wait time it looked like @50 minutes so I went ahead and checked into the queue. It came back and said 19 minutes (vs the 50+ I was expecting), so I called and he said to leave the checkin in place, and he would know I will be there within 25-30 minutes. When I arrived 25 minutes later the queue on the monitor showed I was 48 minutes estimated wait, so I am not sure what happened. I asked and was taken next (although I felt bad as there was one gentlemen waiting when I walked in. Bottom line is I like your business, I like the concept of the check-in and this might just have been a blip.

WAITING LONGER FOR THE BARBER YOU USE/PREFER CAN COST YOU AN EXTRA 5 BUCKS FOR "BARBER CHOICE COST" I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS ASPECT OF THE COMPANY.
