Haircut was great. However, I made an appointment for my son for 3:15. He did not sit down for his cut until 3:50. No explanation was offered nor were we told they were running late.

I’m so glad I took Andrew to Cookie Cutters this morning! Everything was very clean with fun cars and planes for the kids to sit in. He got a little nervous sitting by himself, so he sat on my lap for most of the haircut. Miss Aura was very sweet and patient with him and did a great job. We will definitely be back! Oh, and he loved his balloon!
