I had made an appointment for a perm which was to last approximately 2 hours. About an hour before my appointment, I developed a severe headache and knew I could not sit for 2 hrs but I didn't want to dog Cathy so I decided to just have her cut my hair. Cathy was so gracious and understanding about my condition. Cathy has cut my hair before and has always been honest about what to do with my hair. Thank you so much Hair Symmetry. Barbara
