This time - hair dresser did not know her products, did terrible job in highlights, made them yellow/orange on a child and could not fix the situation. she also put semi-permanent color when was asked for permanent.

Cathy was absolutely wonderful!! She listened to what I wanted and was very attentive to what I did not want. I have had some bad hair salon experiences in the recent past and Cathy and Hair Symmetry have made me feel so much more confident that I have people that will take care of my hair the way I want.
