The staff at Hair Symmetry went above and beyond the level of service of their chain competition and at only a modest increase in fees. I was able to book an appointment online, several days in advance, at a time that fit my schedule. It was a little later than I would have preferred, but I was in desperate need of a haircut, had a narrow widow of opportunity, and picked an opening two days in advance. Their front desk staff reached out to inquire if I could fill an earlier appointment, due to a cancellation. I could not, but intricate that I would be willing to come in a bit earlier than my scheduled appt. As luck would have it; they were able to shift their schedule and get me in almost 2 hours earlier that what I had booked, which suited me just find. The stylist washed & shampooed my hair, almost unheard of at their price-point, solicited my input on what I wanted, then efficiently and expertly cut & trimmed my hair with minimal additional input from me. The decor was tasteful, and while the chairs were all full, each customer had an attentive stylist. I have not seen a fully staffed salon since several years before covid. I was pleasantly surprised at the service, professionalism, and pricing and will certainly be back!

Have been a client for 20 years. Cathy is an artist of her craft. Strangers consistently compliment my hair. My appointments with her a like visiting a friend. The salon offers a friendly, relaxed & fun vibe. Talented professionals who genuinely care about their customers & community. Outstanding service & great product offerings. Cannot rec enough!

Today's visit was an initial consultation to change to a new salon and hairdresser. My now former hairdresser recently messed up my hair and I wanted to schedule with one that a friend recommended, to see about what could be done to correct. I was happy with the honest but kind advice I was provided and look forward to working with this new business.

I really like my stylist, Melissa. She is very relaxing to be with, yet so attentive. She did a great job on my first root coloring and I am sure to return. So happy this salon and stylist were recommended to me.
