The reason for an "8" in one category (value) is that this salon is more expensive than my previous one so it has been an adjustment for me. With tip, which I am happy to give, it is quite pricey. I am pleased with my overall experience as reflected in the "10s" in all the other categories.

I am always very pleased with the service; however, the price seems to have really gone up for a cut & color.
