Couple of ideas for you... you charge big salon prices, and that's ok because my color is always perfect, but maybe add in some big salon perks... like heated neck wraps for long services, and massaging shampoo. Those two things turn a hair appointment into a salon experience. Also, you need to allow tipping on a credit card. I know it costs a little extra for you, but it's become a necessity for most.
