The visit was my typical call-in that day looking for a opening in anyone's schedule. I was able to get my hair cut within 30 minutes of my call. I met a new person who just joined Hair Symmetry and Alyssa did a fine job. No complaints. Thank you.

My rating would have been even higher but I find the new shampoo chairs very uncomfortable. Also there was difficulty with my check out because of the credit card machine. Not a big problem, but I would like to be able to give a tip on the card as well.

As usual my experience was excellent. All staff are friendly and professional. Cathy my stylist is extremely talented and accomodatiing. She is always.aware of my wishes and comfort. Always a pleasure to visit Hair Symmetry.
