As always, Melissa was wonderful. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 p.m., and I received a text from the salon shortly before noon indicating that Melissa was available if I wanted to come in earlier. That is great service!

As soon as I walked in the door, I was welcomed - everyone was very pleasant and professional. My appointment was with Jen and she asked what I was looking for and about my normal routine. She really listened to me and looked at some pictures of styles I liked. Based on all that and the texture of my hair she made a recommendation and we went with it. Not everyone knows how to handle my hair which is thick and curly. I walked out with a hair cut and style I love!! I would definitely recommend this salon and Jen - and will definitely be a return customer.

Everyone in the salon is very friendly. Lynn is my hair dresser and has been for the last 40 years. She always does an excellent job. I’m never disappointed!
