My experience at Hair Symmetry is usually a 10 in all respects. The only exception at my recent appointment was the music that was playing throughout my appointment. Unfortunately it was loud and not very pleasing to the ear and my head was throbbing by the time I left. I love music as a rule but for a relaxing experience a softer tone would be preferable to heavy metal. I always look forward to my appointments so hoping my next experience will be a little gentler on the ears.
