As usual, my appointment was right on time. You are always greeted with a friendly "hello" and ackowledgement of your apppointment. My hairdrsser(Kathy) is professional and creative. Visiting this salon is always a pleasant experience. I have recommended it to all of my friends.

I have been a customer at Hair Symmetry for over 10 years. They are consistently great at what they do and always trying to step it up! I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I arrived; this needs mentioned, as there have been some new receptionists in the past year, not always as good as the ones that have been there for along time and definitely not as good. But this young lady was very nice. My stylist, Katie, tried a new brand of color on my hair this time, and it turned out great! She is always knowledgeable and great at what she does! Love her! It also struck me yesterday how they stylists treat each other and customers like family, talking to each other and to regular customers and making new ones feel at home. On my way out, there was a product that I wanted that was out of stock. They were going to order it for me. However, 30 minutes after I left, I received a call from the receptionist; they had some in stock but it wasn't out. They are holding it for me. How lovely! You can't go wrong at Hair Symmetry. They have great talent, personable, and all under one roof! Keep up the good work, ladies!

A good friend of mine recommended Hair Symmetry to me when I was looking for a new salon. From that day on it has become a place to go, have all my salon services done, and spend time with people who are now friends. Cathy is my hairdresser and friend. I feel like they are a part of our family. I have 2 daughters, and as you know they can be picky about their hair. Both of them fell in love with Gina and will not let anyone else cut their hair. Cathy and Gina have watched my girls grow up and been a special part of helping them grow into the beautiful girls they are. I would highly recommend finding your salon services and friends at Hair Symmetry.

My son and daughter has been getting their haircut at Hair Symmetry for years. They love Jen and Gina. They are always pleased with how they look when they leave. No complains.

When I book a time slot on-line for a pedicure, that should be the time I am expected to be there to begin the process. Don't call and tell me to come 15 min. earlier to soak. Include the soak time in YOUR scheduling. If I wanted to come 15 minutes earlier, I would have chosen that time!
