This is the (for me) all important 3rd visit with Katie. If after 3 visits a stylist hasn't met my expectations it's time to find a new one.after my last stylist retired 5 years ago Katie is stuck with me now! I never leave Hair Symmetry disappointed. In fact, Katie cuts my hair so well that I get compliments weeks after a cut. Even she commented on how good my hair looked when I came into the salon-big reveal!: I had washed my hair & let it air dry that morning, therefore, if the stylist thought it looked good KUDOS TO HER! On top of that, it had been 8 weeks since my last cut & style. Katie, if you are reading this-hats off to you! I love your professionalism, your talent, your style & I especially love that Becky recommended you. BTW Deb & Becky- the salon looks great!

I Love this place ❤️❤️❤️ From the moment I walk in the door, everyone makes me feel Special. Very Special women that work here. Cathy did a great job as usual on my hair. She worked with me on a new hairstyle and color. Love it. She even took me to your Beautiful new coffee bar and helped me pick out a good coffee, yum. The Sweet receptionist ( forgive me, I forgot your name. Brain cells leaving in droves) is Always so kind to me. Thank you for having such Dear employees. I’d just lost a dear friend last week and was a little depressed. When I left, I felt a lot better ❤️❤️💕💕💝💝

I had a regular manicure done with a Fall shade of orange rust . My nails were done beautifully. My nail stylist Christina was new to her job but still acted as a professional with ease , patience, & laugh ter.

Your website quoted less for my spa manicure than I was charged. Unfortunately I had the tip prepared ahead of time based on the website amount and I did not leave the amount of tip that I had planned. Sorry Lisa.6

I personally just like to get my hair trimmed up, not a new haircut. I hate paying 42.00 for a hair trim and then 20%tip. It wasnt a new style just a trim. The salon is convenient but I thought I was coming in for a 30 hair trim. I remembering asking how much a cut was the last time I was in this summer.
