I'm very happy with my appointment today 10/20/23 . Cindy was so helpful, understanding of what I've been going through and feeling about my hair loss. She helped me through the process of picking out a hair topper and how to care for it. Very happy. I have already told my niece about it and after the holiday season she will be in touch with Cindy.

I have been looking for a good stylist for a few years since my last one moved. I was referred to Adrienne at Hair Symmetry through a customer at my work. Adrienne cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She is super professional and talented. I sent my daughter to her a few days later, and she also loved her hair!!! Thanks, Adrienne!!!

I worked with Cindy to purchase a wig due to hair loss due to chemotherapy. She helped turn a stressful situation into a good experience. She is very kind, compassionate , and friendly.

I like everything my your salon and I'm especially pleased with my stylist Kaylee. The prices are a little high, but for a salon the caliber of Hair Symmetry, justified. However, I'm not pleased that you charge an additional 3% for those using a credit card. I no longer carry much cash but use a credit card regularly. Your 3% markup above the prices already being charged is a bit much.

Cindy did a great job. I will certainly return. FRIENDLY atmosphere and a good location right off of the Wexford exit off I-79.
