I cannot say enough positive things about Kayle! I have thick, coarse hair and she always does a wonderful job with both cut and color. She is honest AND listens. That woman does wonders with a round brush!!

The ladies who work their are lovely. That, and a good haircut keeps me coming back. I do like receiving coupons as a valued customer, would like to get more of those as sometimes I am tempted to go elsewhere due to a special/lower price. When one is not working, it is expensive to get your hair highlighted and nails done. And although everyone there is so nice, the cost of the service is what I need to consider first.

It would be helpful to have information on tipping. It's difficult to know how much to tip.

I have been going to this salon for over 15 years. I moved a few years ago, and went to another Salon. Each time I went, the previous stylist moved on, and I had to choose a different stylist. It was a crapshoot how the cut would come out. I came back to the Hair Symmetry because I knew I would get a consistently good cut each time. I am amazed so many of their stylist have been working at this place for many years. They are all good.

My rating would have been even higher but I find the new shampoo chairs very uncomfortable. Also there was difficulty with my check out because of the credit card machine. Not a big problem, but I would like to be able to give a tip on the card as well.

As always, Melissa was wonderful. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 p.m., and I received a text from the salon shortly before noon indicating that Melissa was available if I wanted to come in earlier. That is great service!
