The reason for an "8" in one category (value) is that this salon is more expensive than my previous one so it has been an adjustment for me. With tip, which I am happy to give, it is quite pricey. I am pleased with my overall experience as reflected in the "10s" in all the other categories.

The salon experience was excellent. I felt comfortable and was treated well. The only negative is I do feel it is a little pricy but I had a coupon.
