Excellent customer service. Best hair cut ever. Only disappointing thing is that I am still considered a new client after about 5 appointments. I receive emails and text messages but am charged as a new client for the services performed. Jen is an excellent hair stylist and is very friendly.

I cannot say enough positive things about Kayle! I have thick, coarse hair and she always does a wonderful job with both cut and color. She is honest AND listens. That woman does wonders with a round brush!!

Overall, I am very happy with the services I have received at this salon. My stylist, Melissa is wonderful, and she takes very good care of me. Sometimes the ladies at the front desk are a bit short with me, but I understand they are busy.

The ladies who work their are lovely. That, and a good haircut keeps me coming back. I do like receiving coupons as a valued customer, would like to get more of those as sometimes I am tempted to go elsewhere due to a special/lower price. When one is not working, it is expensive to get your hair highlighted and nails done. And although everyone there is so nice, the cost of the service is what I need to consider first.
