I personally just like to get my hair trimmed up, not a new haircut. I hate paying 42.00 for a hair trim and then 20%tip. It wasnt a new style just a trim. The salon is convenient but I thought I was coming in for a 30 hair trim. I remembering asking how much a cut was the last time I was in this summer.

When I book a time slot on-line for a pedicure, that should be the time I am expected to be there to begin the process. Don't call and tell me to come 15 min. earlier to soak. Include the soak time in YOUR scheduling. If I wanted to come 15 minutes earlier, I would have chosen that time!

Response from Hair Symmetry

It is our wish to make appointments and services as easy and uncomplicated as possible. Unfortunately our program does not allow us to book the 15 minutes prep time (soaking and relaxing). Our receptionist gives a courtesy call to make sure it is convenient for you to be here 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. If you cannot, we can adjust the time on the nail technicians schedule to allow her to use her time efficiently. We are doing online booking for the convenience of our clients, but we understand that it doesn't work for everyone. We hope to always make your time spent with us as a good experience.

I went and had an old groupon that had expired so I used it for its money value. I was completely ripped off. I got a manicure for $20 and the worth of the groupon was $30. I lost $10 and I wasn't able to use it to buy a bottle of polish or as a tip. Overall I loved my manicurist she was so nice but I didn't like the way they handled the gift certificate.

The girl at the front desk was very rude. She was even short with her coworkers. I will not visit again due to the interaction with her. The stylist was great!

The stylist who did my lip waxing left bruises on my upper lip as well as two open sores. She did a good job on my hair though.

I had a brow appointment that is scheduled for 15 minutes. However, I waited for more than 10 minutes. The women doing my brows did not acknowledge that she was late and the room was not ready when I went in. I've been a few times before and had better experiences so was surprised by this.
