I think the prices have gone up. I got a full color and cut and gave a 20% coupon and was told it takes it from $90 to $72. I have received this same service for less than 90 . I have never paid 90 for any of the times I have been here starting in August

The rinse bowls are not comfortable for the neck. I don't like having to pay my tip on a separate machine without getting a paper receipt. There should be a way to use my credit card without the receptionist having to touch it.

Sam was very professional yet friendly. She didn’t immed tell me how badly my hair needed help like other stylists do. That drives me crazy. She offered suggestions and didn’t ignore what I indicated I thought. She took her time and the shampoo chairs are the most comfortable I have been in. Nothing like a miserable shampoo experience erienxe and a wet back! The girls in front were very welcoming as well. I went to the salon when I first moved here and have gone back from time to time. I have four kids and a boutique business so I am what I call a “hopper” So u am a spur of the moment appointment and like to get different opinions and perspectives. My hair is super thick And has a mind of its own. It grows fast and never looks the same two days in a row. So for me haircuts by different stylists make it interesting. All in All the salon is very good. It’s not to fluffy and upscale that I feel uncomfortable It’s just what we “normal” people like.
