At Cookie Cutters - Haircuts for Kids our goal is to provide families with an amazing haircut experience.  We take the time to listen, to style, to get it right, to work toward what your child needs to have a fantastic haircut! Although a child-focused salon, we cut hair for all ages, from their first cut at just a few months old to daddy and mommy cuts.  We also do shampoos, braiding and hairstyles for special occasions.


Your child will experience playing on and sliding down our playland, choosing a car or plane to sit in, and choosing a show or movie to watch or a game to play while they get their hair cut.  At the end they get a lollipop and a balloon and they leave happy, looking great, and excited to come back!

Although our child was not happy about getting a haircut (no ones fault!) and he cried the whole time, our stylist was fast and professional. I was a hot mess but she was calm and collected. Our son walked out with a balloon and a new summer look!

You can't do better than this Cookie Cutters--you just can't. We've had a variety of experiences over the short time we've been getting our son's hair cut, and Cookie Cutters in Manhattan Beach is the absolute top notch best we've had. The location has thought and care, everything from the play structure, to the books, to the child seat in the bathroom. But the people are what make it truly special--you don't feel like you're part of some amalgamated corporate assembly line, going through the motions. People talk to you--other customers interact and are genuinely happy to be there. Cookie Cutters doesn't have to be special, but they go above and beyond TO be special. Thanks for always taking care of us.

Great visit with my 1 year old and her first haircut. A great atmosphere and team that really cares about your little one's experience. Highly recommend to make an appointment with them so that you will experience the same treatment that we did. They are popular and seem to book up quick on the weekends. We will be back for sure. Thank you.
