We arrived as a walk in with only 1 person in front of us. Nothing was said to us, but we weren't helped for quite a while. Appointments kept coming in and (obviously) getting served first. It just would have been nice to get a heads up as we sign in on the walk in sheet. Maybe a "we do have a couple appointments booked, if we finished them early we can get to you. It may be a while" anything.

I was scared when Amanda left that no one was going to be able to cut Chase's hair. I am so happy to say that I was wrong. The woman who cut Chase's hair yesterday went above and beyond, showing him such great kindness and letting things go at his pace. She showed him all the tools she used to help make him feel more at ease. Plus, to top it off, she did a great job on his hair cut. I am so thankful for Cookie Cutters and their amazing staff for being able to provide a pleasant experience for my son.

I think the stylist did an excellent job, with some guidance from her superior. She seemed new, but I appreciate that she asked if it was okay from the other stylist and with a few tweaks, my son (4) was looking great! Very friendly staff and they got us in before our appointment time, as we had arrived early. My son feels very comfortable coming here and I continue bringing him for all of his haircuts. The price is a little high, but I definitely love when I receive coupons. Thanks!

The only thing I think staff should do is introduce themselves to the customers. The girl doing my boys hair was amazing and helped fix the haircut we attempted at home. However I didn’t get her name. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable!! Will definitely go back!!
