I have been a client for 7.5 years and have never been dissatisfied. We discuss possible changes, methods, color, products (yay or nay), short, shorter, just a teeny bit more here or there, etc. We always talk it out.

Tom is the best at color in Lake county. He's honest about expectations and will do his best to correct other hair dressers (or home jobs) mistakes. The trick is to be realistic, if your hair is damaged, it will not look like your Pinterest photos but that's YOUR mistake, not his. Tom is a great stylist and does not deserve some of the comments on Google.
