We had a fantastic experience at Cookie Cutters McMurray. The staff was courteous, patient and absolutely wonderful with our 2.5yo daughter's first haircut. As parents, we were very nervous because she is very timid around strangers, but the staff at Cookie Cutters was awesome, they made her feel comfortable within a few minutes and she sat patiently the entire time! The personal TV with cartoons and super cute car/airplane seats definitely help as well to keep the kids attention. We will definitely go back for her next cut!
