This was the first time my 2 boys have ever been to a hair salon. They were looking forward to getting their hair cut. I told both of the women working this was their first time, so they knew it was new to them. The lady at the front desk was very kind to both my boys, however, the girl who cut my son's hair had no patients and was very rude. I think her name was Jenn. My son suddenly started to cry during his hair cut so we tried to talk to him. The girl would not stop cutting his hair and was very rude to him. I had to grab him out of his seat in order for me to talk to him because she won't stop cutting his hair. While we are talking to him the girl was saying rude things to him. After we talked him into getting back in his seat this lady was still rude to him. So after that whole experience my second son was next he had hairspray in his hair and she kept combing it while he's saying it hurts it hurts. I had to step in and ask her to put water in his hair. She didn't listen to how we wanted their hair cut! It was so unprofessional how my kids were treated I was going to walk out and I should have done just that!

Stylist my son had today did not seem too knowledgeable regarding cutting my sons’s curly hair. She seemed unsure of what I was asking for and I had to have her “fix” sections of his hair that were left uneven, including sideburns, later at home I had to fix his bangs. Stylist was not very interactive which I would expect someone that works at a child salon to be. RuThis is our first negative experience so it will not effect our visiting again in the future. We will be sure to request a different stylist.

I absolutely love this salon and so do my two kids. My one year old son was treated withk such care and ease. He received a fantastic cut and my four year old daughter loved her stylist. The sliding board/play area made the few minutes that we waited a breeze!

I love all of the seats the kids get to chose from & the slide. My son is so afraid of getting his haircut and won’t sit still, but the lady handled everything so well! His haircut is adorable. We will definitely come back for future haircuts.
