The place is cute and they were patient when my son didn’t want to get his haircut at first. But I got him home, and he has uneven sections and chunks.

I stopped here on blind luck hoping to get a decent haircut for my 2 yr old son. When we walked in we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly conversation and the shop was extremely clean and super cute! My son jumped right up in the airplane chair and sat still the entire time the stylist cut his hair, which by the way, never happened before! The girl that cut his hair did a fantastic job! Exactly what I’ve been wanting for his cut but, until now, have yet to get it from any other salon. The price was shockingly resonable bc I would pay more for this quality! The manager or owner talked to me for a good 15 minutes about where I live and so on. Cannot say enough about what a great experience we had! I had given up on customer service nowadays until this place! I live 45 minutes from it but will be back every time my kids need a cut bc it is worth the drive for the quality of service we got! Highly recommend!

This was my sons first “real” haircut. He was very shy and nervous. He was able to sit in my lap while Jenny worked her magic. She was great! She was super patient with both me and my son and the haircut looks great! He moved a lot during the cut an was difficult but she did a fantastic job. This is my go to place for my sons haircut until he is older. He also got a sucker and a balloon before he left! Atmosphere is very kid friendly, the staff is amazing, and the service is phenomenal! I highly recommend Cookie Cutters to anyone with a young child needing a hair cut.

When we walked into the shop we were asked for my son’s information. So we gave his name, date of birth, our address & phone number. But then throughout his haircut the girl kept calling him “buddy.” We were the only customers in the shop at the time. Is it really that difficult to remember a name that we JUST gave & use it? Otherwise, the haircut took longer than other places we’ve been to & wasn’t that great. The one advantage of going to cookie cutters was that we didn’t need an appointment.
