Our stylist today was superb! She listened to the haircut requests and made sure she could perform them. My youngest child was not cooperative but she showed tons of patience and was able to get us through his haircut. Bot h kids look great and I am very pleased with today’s service.

Our most recent visit was to address my displeasure with my son's haircut that was done last week. Lauren did a great job cleaning up my son's hair & making it look the way I wanted it to look. My son has curly hair which I know is a challenge for hairdressers. I'm very pleased with the final result & with the way the situation was handled.

They were late starting us for our appointment. I would have preferred if when the other stylist was free she finished up she would have offered to take my second child’s for his haircut instead of starting on other clients who came after us. By the time my youngest started his haircut he was very crabby. This resulted in a less than ideal haircut. I will definitely have to either trim him again at home or take him back. His front bangs are uneven now.
