I would say 75% of the haircuts he has received, the back hair line has long hairs still sticking down after we brush it. I end up cutting it myself because who has extra time nowadays?

We had Joanne for the first time today. I was not impressed with the haircut my son received. I felt like it was rushed and uneven even after asking her to fix some things. I’ve had him receive better haircuts from others. We will be back, but I would prefer him not have her again.

Great haircut. I was just delayed on getting out my coupon so the girl didn’t let me use it. I normally always am able to use a coupon with no issues.

This was our 3rd visit to Cookie Cutters & I am very disappointed with our most recent experience. We had an appointment but I felt that my son's haircut was rushed & it looks unfinished. His hair around his ear & the back of his head looks messy & has random long pieces. I have no idea how to cut hair & I won't take the chance to try to even fix it. We live 50mins away from the hair salon so it's not possible for us to just go back to get it cleaned up.
