I understand it must be difficult to cut a small child’s hair when they are squirming but this is the second time we left and then I noticed it was uneven. I can’t be the only parent or person that continues to have this issue and makes me reconsider taking our boys back to their old haircut place in Bridgeville.

We’ve never made an appointment where we didn’t have to wait a while (usually 30 minutes or more) before being seen. Every time we’ve come to this location, it seems to be under staffed and even if we make an appointment for when the salon opens, we still have to wait based on the hair stylists showing up to work late. Unprofessional considering kids have no patience and kids are their only customers.

Stylist my son had today did not seem too knowledgeable regarding cutting my sons’s curly hair. She seemed unsure of what I was asking for and I had to have her “fix” sections of his hair that were left uneven, including sideburns, later at home I had to fix his bangs. Stylist was not very interactive which I would expect someone that works at a child salon to be. RuThis is our first negative experience so it will not effect our visiting again in the future. We will be sure to request a different stylist.

We have always had a great experience and amazing haircuts at this location. However... Our last experience wasn’t that great. The haircut/hairstyle is actually horrible! It is growing in terrible. We may or may not be back based on this last experience.

When we walked into the shop we were asked for my son’s information. So we gave his name, date of birth, our address & phone number. But then throughout his haircut the girl kept calling him “buddy.” We were the only customers in the shop at the time. Is it really that difficult to remember a name that we JUST gave & use it? Otherwise, the haircut took longer than other places we’ve been to & wasn’t that great. The one advantage of going to cookie cutters was that we didn’t need an appointment.

I’m sad to say that we won’t be returning here. The past two haircuts my kids have gotten have been really bad. Their bangs are really short and the top is long and uncut. I have had two friends bring their kids there in the past week and both had the same bad haircuts. The hairdresser seems inexperienced. It’s a shame because my kid DD love the chairs and play area. I hope they can hire some more qualified stylists.
