Cookie Cutters provides an absolute basic cut. Each time I've took my kids the stylist (I tried 3 different people) has provided a very basic cut, and each stylist made noticeable mistakes. Tge last time the stylist made two bald spots and a gash in my child's eyebrow and he sits very still! The location in Fulton, MD is shockingly dirty each time with a abnormal and disgusting amount of hair in tge front red seats, etc. Once I finish up tge haircut package I purchased I will not return. I expected so much better.

I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment & I was expecting a welcoming but instead Patty looked annoyed that I walked in & said "next time call ahead that you'll be arriving late". A "hello" wouldn't hurt to say from the start of the conversation. As she was cutting my toddler's hair, she said "hurry up & hold still, I wanna go home already" "look over there, no over here" etc. She definitely had no patience. Finally, as I finished paying, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Instead of saying no, I said "next time" & she giggle & said "well you said that last time so". I was in total shock from the beginning to end. Never returning again nor am I going to refer good comments about the place to others. I only came here because our regular hair stylist got sick & I thought giving this place a 2nd chance would've been at least a bit better than the first visit, but it was worse.

In the past we’re had a wonderful experience with Cookie Cutters. However tonight was awful. I’m a mom of 3 and we were 10 minutes late for my boys appts (last of the night) on a rainy night because a child had to go to the bathroom as we were leaving the house. When we arrived the single stylish was finishing with another custom yet informed me that I had to pick which child was getting a hair cut. She would not be cutting both because we were late though she was clearly not ready for us finishing with another Kim of 2 lids. My second child is 20 months and needed 3 scissors swipes in the front and a clip over the ears. I have often waited patiently when stylists are running late for our spots because I understand. You are in the business of children’s hair cuts- grace and flexibility would be appreciated.
